    You may also register to vote using a mail-in form available at most banks, public schools, libraries, post offices and government offices. If you move, even within the same precinct, you must register again. You must be registered to vote 20 days before an election to be eligible to vote in that election. Registration renewal is also necessary if a voter changes name or party affiliation.

Absentee ballots are available from the Clerks Office.
